What data is collected
Only what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. In addition, your IP address is temporarily recorded for the sole purpose of limiting the number of submissions and preventing abuse of the form.
What it is used for
Exclusively to read your message and reply to you. It is not used to send you marketing communications, no profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form before submitting it (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
How long it is kept
Your message is kept in the controller's mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of the exchange. You may request its deletion at any time. The IP address used for submission control is discarded after a few minutes.
Who else processes your data
The following providers are used, all of them with GDPR compliance guarantees: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Resend (delivery of the form email) and Upstash (temporary submission-rate control). Your data is not shared with any other third party and is never sold.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure visits and page performance. These tools use no cookies and collect no personally identifiable data: the information is aggregated anonymously.
AI chat
The site's assistant processes your messages through a language model in order to reply to you. They are not linked to your identity and are not stored permanently. Even so, we recommend not entering sensitive personal information in the chat.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to raulbernariera99@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
